The Ontra software requires little to maintain. Even the installation
process is relatively easy for both tech and non-tech savvy users.
That being said, Ontra recognizes that some organizations have large
IT staffs that can easily support the software, and others do not.
That’s why we can provide a range of maintenance services and
agreements to suit your needs.
User support
When you are working against a deadline, and you need help, you need
it quickly. You can call our number (212) 213-1315 and get the help
you need between 9a-5p EST, Monday-Friday. If you’re working
after-hours or over the weekend, with some advanced notice, we can
help you too. Bottom line, we won’t leave you hanging.
