Sales
Ontra Sales Managers have an entrepreneurial spirit. They are given
a high level of autonomy and are responsible for building their own
business unit selling Ontra software and services. They are hired
on a geographic or industry basis, and are responsible for lead generation,
presentation & demonstration, simple proposal writing and closing.
We offer a base salary with a generous commission structure.
Requirements:
- BA or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understanding of interactive media
- Experienced and comfortable in presentation environment
- Strong interpersonal skills: communication, leadership ability,
ability to follow instructions and positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Self Starter
- Minimum 3+ years prior sales experience
